The Adventure Series
Our Adventure series has been created to offer a range of beers for those with a more enquiring palate, if you need something a little more challenging in your life, bolder flavours, sharper mouth feel, higher bitterness or maybe a robust malty character, then we hope you’ll find something you love from the seasonal releases in this range. Our more popular releases tend to stay in can or keg for extended periods but increasingly you’ll find small-batch short run releases, here one season gone the next.
Deucebox Citrus Double IPA
Inspired by All the Citrus
The oranges for Deucebox, our 8.3% citrus double IPA, are harvested by blasting California Dreaming through very large speakers at such a high intensity, the fruit just falls from the trees and juices itself. This is then added to our Citrus IPA recipe with twice the hops, twice the malt and twice the juice to serve up a punchy, tropical, glass of joy, every time.Available in: 330ml Can and 30l KegExplore Quick Buy
Inspired by London, England

Inspired by The Nordics
Northern Latitude is a Red IPA brewed with brown sugar for the winter holiday season. It lures you in with a temptingly hoppy nose of orange, tangerine and lemon. It boasts a generous malt character without being sweet, a hint of spice and a balanced finish. A moderately bitter yet assertively aromatic IPA, and a great accompaniment to food.Available in: 330ml Can and 30l KegExplore Quick Buy
Inspired by Long Hot Summers
Just like our friends in the Antipodes, Southern Latitude is on form during Summer and takes its heritage from a wealth of different sources. A New England style beer, brewed in the U.K., using Aussie and U.S hops. Complex by nature, this beer is naturally hazy, overshadowing a golden malt profile. The aroma offers intense, tropical fruits with pineapple, passionfruit and peach. Expect a robust, fruity and bitter flavour profile of mango, pineapple and grapefruit.Available in: 330ml Can and 30l KegExplore
Flatiron American Red

The beer pours black with a tight, tan-coloured head. A beautiful, complex aroma of vanilla, caramel, crème brulée, toasty malt & subtle spice. The beer is full-bodied, rich & creamy. Intense flavours of chocolate, vanilla, and caramel with background coffee & brown sugar. The oak contributes to the gorgeous silky texture, and the vanilla balances beautifully with chocolatey flavours from the malt. Perfectly balanced, if we may say so ourselves.Available in: 30l Keg onlyExplore
Small Batch Adventure
Hoptart | Dry Hopped Sour
Inspired by Summers everywhere
We first launched Hop Tart back in the early days of Fourpure in 2015. We loved it back then (and so did many of you), so we decided to bring it back. In the intervening years we’ve grown and matured a lot as a brewery, and we like to think that the 2017 edition of Hop Tart demonstrates how far we’ve come.
This is a kettle soured session beer (no, not Berliner or a Gose, you pernickety beer writers) fermented with a Saison yeast before being dry hopped to smithereens. Dry hopped with Citra, Centennial and Cascade for a big fruity hit of hop flavour and aroma. Refreshing, lightly tart, and hoppy. Pair with; warm, sunny days and good friends.Explore
Skyfall | Scotch Ale
Inspired by The Windswept Northern Coast
Skyfall is rich and deeply malty. We used six different malts to create a deep brown beer with ruby highlights. Swirl it in your glass to admire this beer’s velvety body. Caramel sweetness upfront is followed by a wee bit of roasted malt character. Supremely balanced and full bodied – a true, sophisticated dessert beer.Explore
Ground Control | Coffee Pale
Inspired by Coffee & the Tropics
We hand selected the coffee beans for this brew, choosing a blend that reminds us of tangerine, candied orange and cooked peach – which we figured would go nicely in a big, bold, hoppy West Coast Pale.
A simple grist supports an assertive hop profile of tropical fruit and citrus, but it all comes together because of the coffee. We added whole coffee beans directly to the tank when the beer was cold conditioning, to impart a smooth, well rounded coffee character to the beer.Explore
Our Outpost series takes inspiration from a wide range of sources, whether it be travels abroad, a fleeting conversation or a memorable dish at a local restaurant, these beers are unique and varying by nature. Outpost beers reflect our brewers need to innovate and the individual personalities that birth them, our (once homebrew) 1hL pilot brewery allows us to produce small batches that are daring, interesting and push the boundaries on what is possible with styles, ingredients and flavours. All of our team are encouraged to work with the brewing team across this range and you’ll find them in limited volumes at various events and outlets, keep an eye on our tap room beer list to see what’s fresh and available this week.
Over the last 25-30 years, brewing has changed on a global scale, it’s is an industry that transcends language or geography, that brings people together professionally and socially and increasingly it’s an industry that loves to share, teach and collaborate. Our Pioneer series showcases a meeting of minds, the coming together of brewers and breweries from around the corner or across the globe to produce something new and different based on a shared love of a style, flavour or ingredient.
London Beer City | South Pacific Pale
Inspired by Great Minds in London
Three of South London’s best breweries joined forces to brew this South Pacific-inspired, hazy Pale Ale. We used a generous amount of oats to impart a thick, creamy mouthfeel, and heaps of hops from New Zealand & Australia for an exotic hop character. Double dry hopped for extra flavour, expect flavours and aromas of peach, passionfruit and fresh citrus.Explore
Bayside | California SIPA
Inspired by Home Brewing in California
Our friend from California Mike “Tasty” McDole is a brewing legend, renowned for his fantastically hoppy, brutally bitter West Coast IPAs. We collaborated to create Bayside, a 4.6% Session IPA. Tasty’s favourite hop combination of Centennial, Cascade and Citra impart powerful notes of grapefruit, lemon and tropical fruit. At 70 IBUs, this beer has the bitterness and intensity of a much stronger beer – just the way Tasty likes it.Explore
Inspired by Cloudwater Brewery
Mutual respect and a love of bold, flavoursome beers lead to a conversation with our friends at Cloudwater about the opportunity to brew together. Cloudwater founder and head brewer Paul Jones was keen, and in late 2016 headed down to brew with the team knocking out this little number, a 6.6% Belgian Black Double IPA.Explore
