Job Summary:

Your primary focus is to drive distribution, visibility and rate of sale of the range within the On-Trade Retail channel.  Utilising key contacts to create new business opportunities within the channel and establish a broad and diverse customer base.  You will help create the on-trade managed strategy and develop joint business plans with existing customers to deliver against the budgeted growth targets for your channel. 

You’ll own and manage customer P&L, monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts and provide rationale to Channel Controller.  Managing the full commercial picture from accurate forecasting to A&P investment, and will ensure that all marketing activity drives a positive return on investment will be key to your success.

With proven experience as a high performing account manager currently operating as a KAM, NAE or NAM, you’ll have a strong knowledge for category a passion for drinks, excellent communication skills, impactful presentations and ability to negotiate and influence.  You’ll also need strong commercial acumen and numeracy skills with the ability to identify value growth in all areas of the customer, the ability to develop new business and have a strong demonstrable skill set within this area.
