Inspired by cosy nights, a warm fire and a love of indulgence
When we asked our employees which beer style that we haven’t brewed yet they most wanted us to brew, Milk Stout was hands down the most popular answer. Interestingly, they also suggested lots of interesting variations on the style. We really liked the idea of a Salted Carmel Milk Stout – so we made one. A carefully selected blend of malts creates the pronounced caramel flavour, which is augmented by the addition of natural sea salt during the beer’s tank conditioning.
