Full Terms and Conditions

1. This promotion is only open to people that are legal residents of the United Kingdom, aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Fourpure or anyone professionally associated with this promotion. The promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants.
2. The competition is being run via the social media platform, Instagram. To enter you must perform three actions. The first action is to 'like' the competition post published 16th August on the Fourpure channel. The second action is to 'follow' the three lead competition partners (Landmann, Farmison, Fourpure). The third action is to 'tag' at least one friend. If you tag additional friends then each friend you tag will be counted as an additional entry into the draw, to a maximum of 24 per entrant. You receive 1 bonus entry for sharing to your Instagram Story. 
3. Promotion Period: Enter between 18.00 BST on the 16th August and 23.59 BST on the 22nd August.
4. The Prize: One winner will receive a BBQ and accessories from Landmann Grills valued at approximately £250, a £150 meat voucher from Farmison & Co., a meat thermometer and bag of charcoal from Meater, and 5x cases of 24 x assorted 330ml Fourpure craft beers valued at approximately £275. 
5. Winner Selection: The winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries received during the promotion period. The prize draw will be conducted by Fourpure on the 23rd August.
6. Winner Notification: The winners will be contacted by email within 2 working days of the winner selection and the prize sent by courier upon receipt of a confirmed delivery address. 
7. We aim to fulfil the prize in time for August Bank Holiday weekend. However because we use external courier companies for delivery, we cannot guarantee delivery by this date and therefore accept no liability for any inconvenience caused through late or damaged delivery.  
8. The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable.
9. If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, Fourpure may in their sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, or invalidate any affected entries.
10. The Promoter may refuse to award a prize, or seek its recovery, in the event of an entrant's fraud, dishonesty or non-entitlement under these Terms and Conditions.
11. Fourpure and their associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion.
12. All entries must be made directly by the person entering the promotion. Bulk entries from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Incomplete or illegible entries and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these Terms and Conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted.
13. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of Fourpure and which prevents Fourpure from complying with these Terms and Conditions Fourpure will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations.
14. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram. Entrants are providing information to the Promoter and not to Facebook or Instagram.
15. By entering this Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
